Netbeem will provide the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services described in this Agreement available to Customers. According to the contract, we are obliged to carry out multi-pronged SEO techniques to improve the positions of the website mentioned by the client in the contract.
Netbeem aims to achieve two main goals for our valued customer, namely: to optimize the customer’s website/content on the search engine pages and a SEO team will do research on the selected and appropriate keywords and search intent of the users to provide the customer a perfect roadman.
All information, publications and materials are copyright of Netbeem, including the information of the website and the data shared on the customer’s website.
Netbeem team can ask the client to provide the website credentials to implement the SEO strategies perfectly. In this context, we can ask the customer to provide us with the necessary access data for the website for optimization purposes. Netbeem is not authorized to change/edit the access data. The login data is only used to improve the on-site optimization of the website. Client must notify Netbeem if website credentials are edited by website owner. After the end of the service period, the customer can change the password and C-panel access to the website.
Our SEO experts develop SEO campaigns by considering multiple factors customer demand. Netbeem may upload some content in the types of articles, blog, videos, testimonials and etc., according to the SEO campaign formulated for the website of the client.

The client agrees to provide the following credentials, for the execution of our professional SEO services.
The client may agree to provide access to existing traffic data of website and also authorizes Netbeem to use their branding (logos, images, trademarks, website images and the existing content).
Netbeem is not responsible for changes made to Customer’s website by third parties that affect our efforts to improve rankings on Google or directly in Customer’s sole discretion. We will be informed before every change.
Administrator and backend access to the customer’s website. Netbeem team can edit the written web content for SEO purpose and contact the third party by his own.
We would like to advise our customers that Netbeem has absolutely no control over the policies of search engines like Google, Bing, etc. We have no direct dealings with the search engine companies. Therefore, Customer’s website may be de-indexed from any search engine directory at any time.
